Terms and conditions
These terms apply to purchases made through store.bondagekitties.com. Nothing in them limits mandatory consumer rights.
1. Store operator
BK Store is operated by Ivan Hernandez Alguero, VAT number ES43562678B, Calle Padilla 383, 08025 Barcelona, Spain. Contact: contact@bondagekitties.com.
2. Seller and contract
BK Store is the legal seller for every order accepted through this website. Approved manufacturers, warehouses and carriers may assist with preparation or delivery, but they do not replace BK Store as the customer's contractual seller or support contact.
3. Products and availability
We aim to keep descriptions, options, images and availability accurate. Specialist or made-to-order goods may require confirmation. If an accepted order cannot be supplied, BK Store will contact the customer and offer the legally appropriate options.
4. Prices, VAT and payment
The final checkout total shows the applicable VAT, delivery cost and any valid discount before payment. Payment is collected securely using the methods displayed at checkout. An order is accepted when BK Store confirms it.
5. Delivery
Destinations, services, costs and estimated timing vary by product and country. The available information is shown before payment. BK Store remains responsible for delivery to the customer or designated recipient, subject to applicable law.
6. Withdrawal and returns
Eligible consumers generally have 14 calendar days after receipt to request withdrawal. Lawful exceptions may apply to opened hygiene-sealed goods and made-to-specification or personalised products. See the Returns and Refunds page for the procedure.
7. Faults and legal guarantee
Customers retain all statutory remedies for goods that are faulty, unsafe, damaged or not as described. Contact BK Store with the order number and relevant evidence so we can assess the appropriate repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.
8. Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate delivery information, follow product instructions and use products lawfully and safely. Age-restricted products may be purchased only by adults who meet the applicable legal requirements.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law without removing any mandatory protection available to a consumer in their country of residence. Consumer disputes may be brought before any court with jurisdiction under applicable law.
