BK Store requires every approved seller and fulfilment supplier to use an external parcel that does not reveal the adult nature of the contents.
External packaging
- The outer parcel must not contain explicit product descriptions, sexual imagery or wording that identifies the contents.
- The sender or return reference may identify the legal seller, fulfilment provider or a neutral trading name where operationally required.
- Carrier labels, customs information and legally required safety or transport markings cannot be removed.
Inside the parcel
The product may use its normal retail packaging. A seller or brand may include its own care information, documentation or promotional material inside the parcel unless a product page states that fulfilment is completely neutral.
Different sellers
A mixed basket may arrive in separate parcels from different sellers. Packaging format and sender references can therefore differ. If a parcel arrives with inappropriate external wording or imagery, contact contact@bondagekitties.com with the order number and a photograph of the exterior.
