Safety commitment
Only products that comply with applicable European Union product-safety, traceability, labelling and consumer-information requirements may be offered on BK Store. Approval of a seller or listing does not transfer the manufacturer’s, importer’s, responsible person’s or seller’s legal obligations to another party.
Information required for every listing
- Clear product name, model, identifier or batch information where applicable.
- Manufacturer’s name, postal address and electronic contact.
- EU responsible person and their postal and electronic contact where required for a non-EU manufacturer.
- Accurate photographs sufficient to identify the product.
- Materials, dimensions, weight and relevant components.
- Warnings, restrictions, cleaning, storage, maintenance and safe-use information required for the product.
- Applicable conformity markings and supporting documentation where required.
- Age restriction and any foreseeable risks that cannot be eliminated by design.
Seller verification and records
Sellers must provide authentic identity, business-status, contact, payment and product-traceability information. They must keep the records needed to identify the manufacturer, supplier, batch and customers affected by a safety issue. BK Store may request documents before or after listing approval and may suspend a product while information is checked.
Safe use
Customers must read the listing, warnings and manufacturer instructions before use, inspect the product for damage and use it only for its intended purpose and within their experience and physical condition. Stop using a product if it becomes damaged, causes unexpected pain, numbness, breathing difficulty, circulation problems, an allergic reaction or any other concerning symptom. Seek appropriate medical assistance when necessary.
Products intended for consenting adults must never be used on a person who cannot freely understand, consent or communicate. They must be kept away from children and any person for whom the product presents a foreseeable risk.
Materials and allergies
Material descriptions must be specific and truthful. Customers with sensitivities or allergies should check the declared materials and contact the seller through BK Store before purchase where further information is needed. A seller must not describe a material as hypoallergenic, body-safe, medical-grade or equivalent without adequate substantiation.
Cleaning and hygiene
Follow the manufacturer’s cleaning and storage instructions. Cleaning methods are material-specific; a method suitable for one product may damage another. Do not share products intended for individual intimate use unless the manufacturer expressly provides a safe procedure.
Reporting a safety concern
Stop using the product and contact BK Store through the order page or at contact@bondagekitties.com. Include the order number, product name, seller, photographs, batch or identifier where available, a description of the issue and whether an injury occurred. Do not discard the product or packaging unless keeping it would create a further risk.
Corrective action and recalls
BK Store may immediately hide a listing, stop transactions, notify the seller, request documents, contact affected customers, cooperate with authorities, arrange a warning, withdrawal or recall, and preserve relevant order records. Sellers must respond promptly and bear their legal obligations and costs. A customer affected by a safety action will receive instructions appropriate to the risk.
