2. Data we collect
- Account and contact data, including name, email, billing and delivery addresses and telephone number where supplied.
- Order, product, personalisation, return, refund and payment-status information.
- Marketplace data, including seller identity, tax and verification information, listings, messages, disputes, reviews and payout status.
- Messages and evidence voluntarily supplied for support, safety reports or disputes.
- Technical and security data, such as IP address, device and browser information, login activity, consent choices and fraud-prevention signals.
BK Store sells adult products. Product selections and communications may be private or sensitive. We do not use purchase history to infer or profile a customer’s sex life, and access is limited to what is necessary to complete orders, provide support, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Contract: to create accounts, process orders and payments, arrange fulfilment, provide marketplace tools and handle returns, refunds and disputes.
- Legal obligations: to keep tax and accounting records, verify sellers where required, respond to authorities and meet consumer and product-safety duties.
- Legitimate interests: to secure the website, prevent fraud and misuse, moderate reviews, defend legal claims and improve essential store operations, provided those interests do not override individual rights.
- Consent: for optional cookies or marketing where introduced. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.
4. Marketplace sellers
The legal seller is identified on the product and order. For marketplace purchases, BK Store shares only the information reasonably required for that seller to manufacture, personalise, dispatch and support the order. A marketplace seller may act as an independent controller for its legal sales, tax, fulfilment and product-safety obligations. Sellers may not use customer data for unrelated marketing without a valid legal basis.
5. Recipients and service providers
Data may be disclosed, as necessary, to the identified seller, approved suppliers, carriers, payment providers displayed at checkout, hosting, email, security and technical providers, professional advisers, insurers, banks and public authorities. Payment-card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored in full by BK Store.
6. International transfers
BK Store launches for selected European Union destinations. Where a technical provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, BK Store will rely on an applicable adequacy decision, approved contractual safeguards or another lawful transfer mechanism and will provide further information on request.
7. Retention
Account data is retained while the account remains active and for the period needed to resolve obligations after closure. Order, invoice and payout records are retained for the periods required by tax, accounting, consumer and anti-fraud law. Messages, disputes and safety evidence are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to resolve the case and establish, exercise or defend claims. Optional-cookie data is retained according to the Cookie Policy and the user’s consent choice.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. Send requests to contact@bondagekitties.com. We may need to verify your identity. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) or your local supervisory authority.
9. Adults only
BK Store is intended only for people aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has supplied data, contact us so that we can investigate and delete it where appropriate.
10. Cookies and optional services
Essential cookies support login, security, shopping-basket and checkout functions. Optional cookies are not activated without the required consent. See the Cookie Policy. Any future analytics, translation or age-verification provider will be assessed and added to these notices before activation.
11. Security and updates
BK Store applies proportionate access, security and confidentiality measures. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Material changes to this policy will be dated and, where required, notified through the website or account.
